All you need is a cucumber, compressed face mask, bowls and grater.

I consume my cucumber for 2 weeks. You only need about 1/5 of the cucumber every time you do the mask.

I wash the cucumber thoroughly. You don’t have to cut it, just grate it exactly how it is.

Press the grated cucumber to release its juice then pour it to the compressed mask.

Refrigerate it for 5 minutes or as desired for a cooling and refreshing effect. (this is optional)

Place the mask on your face (make sure that you have washed your face and pat dry) and let it seat for 20-30 minutes.

Wash your face thoroughly with tap water.

That’ How face mask from a natural source should be done.

It’s ok to experiment with face DIY face mask but be sure to

Apply it to a clean face

And wash it afterwards.

Don’t ever, ever try to leave it to your face overnight, or not wash your face afterwards with water.

You will surely, surely break out.

It happened to me.. I just wiped my face with a toner, and the next morning a big pimple greeted me “good day”..

So NEVER, NEVER leave it over night!!!!

Ok.. I was really serious with that. Let’s go back to the topic.

There was an excess, so what I did was, I cut a cotton pad to shape my under eye.

I soaked the excess and place it under my eye.

 I don’t really have to look at the watch to know it’s time to remove it and wash my face.

The smell of the cucumber will turn from fresh to a bit rooting smell. And you will feel a little itch on your,  face and 30 minutes hasn’t even passed yet.

That smell and itch will be your timer.

My face feels refreshed and nourished.

You can do this weekly or 2 times a week as desired.

I will admit,,,

This is my first time using a make-up remover.

I don’t really use heavy make-up, just lipstick, blush-on, mascara and BB cream. I wash my face with just water and soap then astringent on my face. I don’t feel the need to use make-up remover.

• Moisturizing is a MUST. best lotion this summer.

Every morning when I wake up, mascara residue can still be seen on my eye area and it’s really hard to remove coz its waterproof.

What I can say is, “It” does really work. It removes all, “ALL” my waterproof mascara and it does not sting, it has no smell it is really safe for the eyes, but it really is just for the eyes. It does not feel good on my face, maybe because of the oil.

 The Micellar Cleansing Water works too. It’s lighter than water (really its light!!, water feels like water, but this product is like water and air at the same 

time).

When I wipe my face with it on a cotton pad, I can see that almost all of the makeup is wiped out just like what it claims.

I tried removing my eye-make up with it, it works too but there is a weird feeling.

The Micellar Water is like leaking inside my eyes even if it’s really shut.

Not like the Eye-Make up remover there is no leaking effect. It does not go inside my eyes.

Aim for Longevity|

I am a  Seventh Day Adventist.

Being and growing in a family and community of Adventists has a big advantage specially in terms of healthy life style.

We have so many restrictions and limitations when it comes to eating,  how to eat,  when to eat and what to eat.

When I was young I didn't really understand this factors on health. Eating 3 times a day with fruits, veggies and other forms of food  was the routine I thought was enough. . But I was wrong .

Learning this Fact gives me the itch to look for the book Written by EGW.

Given the present technological advantages. I was able to download the Mobile application EGW which consists of all her writings that was guided by visions and dreams from the Holy Spirit and God Himself. I found the book  Councils on Food and Diet. 
Reading makes me bore so I looked for the Audio Book. 

I always Listen to the Audio book every day.

The words are deep, sometimes I don't understand. but I believe that when I listen to it over and over, the message will be embedded to my subconscious and eventually when I read it I will fully understand.

I, living with a vegetarian mother was thinking that we are healthy enough to be called healthy. but I was leading my household to a roughly only 40% of the 100% Health standard of the EGW Councils on Diet.

Whats inside my LAZADA's BOX OF JOY

Celebrating with LAZADA

(Happy and Grateful) 

Although it’s Lazada’s Birthday, I was the one who received a gift from them. It is called the Box of Joy.  The box was given to me Last April 30, 2018 and it costs 4,500.00 to be exact.

I was and still very happy receiving my first ever product box. 

Thank you very much Lazada.

 I wasn’t expecting a Big box like that. It’s box’s size is around 20inches in height, 12 inches wide and maybe 15 inches in length. The box was really very heavy (maybe 10kilos) and I was thankful it was delivered at my house address.  

When I opened the box the first Item I saw was a Scratch Map of the Philippines that looked really pretty and elegant in black and copper.
