Its consistency and richness with evaporated milk..

When I went to Palawan, I asked our tour guide.

"anu and special dto?"

sabi nya.. try nyo maam yung chaolong....

so here it was..

the first bowl from the left is the seafood

(seafood flavor with shrimp)

the bowl from the right is called over load

(with pork,beef and siomai)

and the other one is the beef..

(beef.... and beef)

hehehe......

I like this noodle dish..

the soup taste like pares mami.

its sweet. I love sweet foods

the combination of sweetness and a dash of saltiness

is perfect.. 

the beef is tender and the sprouted mung bean

gave a special effect.. 

it breaks the sweetness of the soup...

the special thing about this dish

is that the noodle is made out of rice flour..

I really didn't like it.. 

hard to chew. 

the noodle is thicker than the fettuccine noodle

when you bite it. it slips. 

i really had a hard time eating the noodle.. 

" MASARAP SYA,,, PERO MATIGAS TALAGA YUNG NOODLES"

I prefer PARES BEEF MAMI..
