join me

join me in my journey to fairer whiter and beautiful skin

Whitening seems to be the priority of most people, specially the Pinays.(Filipino Girls/Women).

When i was just in my teens,I didn't really mind my dark skin. I loved the sun, the park, the beach, the meadows and the streets. I grew up in a country, so i really did enjoyed my youth.    Others were conscious about me being black while other would say," hey its okay "Black is Beauty"" and yeah i did really agree on that. i would say "Balat lang yan, anung silbi nyan kung d ka nmn mag eenjoy sa buhay mo"(its only skin, what is it for if your not gonna enjoy your life) and my skin really turned darker even.

I did not regret any moment of my childhood that caused this color. I believed that there will come a time in my life where i would stop chasing the sun and start bleaching. And that time really did came. when i started to enter the adulthood life it seems that color seemed to matter allot. It seems that having lighter skin or fairer skin makes people confident. I don't have anything against black people. i am not a Racist either. its just that clean skin looks good. Remember. There are black skin who looks clean to.

I am venturing different products, from brand to brand to organic plants, fruits and spices, technique like mask, bleaching and scrubbing and many more. so guys...

Mumuso 92%Aloe Vera Moisturizing Gel #review

picture taken from medical news today
Aloe Vera is a succulent plant, it looks like a cactus and it also has the attributes of a cactus. This plan has many benefits for our body, not only outside the body but also within. can you believe that? Yes! you can actually eat this plant. You can put it in your juice and other healthy fruit mixes.

picture taken from healthline

But today I'm not going to talk about consuming this herbal plant, I will talk about skin care and health care.

When I was growing up, my grandmother used to scrape Aloe Vera from its skin and massage it all over my scalp and hair. Well, thanks to her. I have a very long black and thick hair, its in my gene, but I know that the Aloe Vera helped a lot in enhancing my hair's natural beauty.

This new and trending product has been lurking the internet, from blogs to reviews and even videos.I saw this product in YouTube and i felt excited about it.I know that there are many Aloe Vera Moisturizing Gel sold in the market and online stores, but they are quite pricey, but  this product is cheap, the Mumuso Aloe Vera Moisturizing Gel.

THE MUMUSO 92% ALOE VERA MOISTURIZING GEL

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Aloe Vera, in general is used as a remedy for skin problems like burns, psoriasis and dryness. It is also good for acne-prone skin because it speeds up the healing of the bumps. You can also put it in sun burns to soothe and hydrate the skin. Apply some on itchy skin to avoid skin rash and on insect bites.

INGREDIENTS

92% Aloe Vera, Hyaluronic Acid, Pro Vitamin B% and Vitamin E.

PRICE

I bought this Mumuso 92% Aloe Vera moisturizing gel in a Mumuso Branch at FISHER MALL  for  99PHP for 300 grams.

affordable

PACKAGING
The product is in a green transparent tub with a big mouth.
I don’t really like how it is packed because it exposes most of the product in contaminants like air and dust. It is prone to bacteria.

 prone to bacteria

SMELL

I like the smell of it. You can really tell that there is Aloe Vera extract in there. But many people say that its nothing like compared to the NatureRepublic’s Aloe Vera Moisturizing Gel.

i love the smell

TEXTURE

The Product is just like a cold gel, it’s not that thick and it feels good in the skin. You can even put it during day, and it doesn’t leave a sticky feeling.

i love the watery texture

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

Before I started to use, the Mumuso 92% Aloe Vera Moisturizing Gel , I too did search the web for reviews. Some Vlogger claims that they notice a noticeable growth in their facial -hair. It makes sense, because Aloe Vera is also used for hair growth. I just use this as a skin hydra-tor, I put it to my skin whenever I feel dry. I also put it in my scalp, eye brow and lashes at night to enhance hair growth. I also use this whenever my face gets scaly after
using the SKIN MATESHARK OIL

NOTE: Just a reminder. Because the packaging is prone to bacteria, I always transfer small amounts on a pump bottle like this.

WILL I BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN?

Definitely Yes! And I strongly agree that, You too should try it.

a must have

Skin Mate Shark Oil #review

Whitening and Fairer skin is one of the priorities of almost every woman. Alongside of it goes the acne problem, blackheads, whiteheads and scars from pimples. Finding the right product is hard and you must really go on the process of trial and error, in my search of pimple scar removing product(peeling agent) this product came my way.

I have used other Whitening/Peeling product but I can’t seem to stick with it. One day in the office I saw my office mate’s face slightly peeling, then I asked her. “ are you using ********?” and she said “No. It’s SKINMATE SHARK OIL”. Then another product was added to my Journey to Whiter and fairer skin.

picture was taken from skinmate.ph

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Effectively treats pimples, blackheads and other skin blemishes such as freckles and age spots. SKINMATE SHARK OIL guarantees to whiten darkened and burnt skin caused by excessive use of harsh whitening agents.

APPEARANCE

The product is in oil form with yellowish color.

picture was taken from skinmate.ph

PACKAGING

The product comes in a one size 30ml, glass bottle. It is enclosed in a sealed white box.

I'm not really that into that kind of bottle.

PRICE

This product is just in lined with my saying “ Beauty in Cheap and affordable products”
It only cost me 100php for an effective product.

Cheap and affordable

SCENT

The smell is mild, maybe because it’s Oil. There is no astringent and alcohol smell on it.

not strong

AFTER EFFECTS

The peeling isn’t really visible unless you put on some powdery product on your face. For a few days, you won’t notice much peeling, but you would see that your face seems a bit dull. Don’t worry, after the peeling cycle is complete, radiant and brighter skin awaits you.

no stinging effect

EXPERIENCE

I use this product to help lighten my facial scars and pimple marks.
I apply it to the scars and dark spot every other night. When I first use this product, I apply it to my entire face and it felt bad. My entire face become dull and the worst was, the sensitive part like the skin between the lip and nose, the skin under the outer part of the nose whole become red and itchy.

DO’s
·      Apply it every other night
·      Apply some moisturizer every time the affected area feels dry
·      When you feel that your face has had just enough application, give your skin a couple of days to rest and if some of the dry skin did not come off. You can safely and gently rub it with a sugar scrub.
·      Always, always and never forget to moisturize. ( I use the Mumuso Aloe VeraMoisturizing Gel and Mumuso Snail Moisturizing Gel).

DON'ts
·      Applying it every night
·      Forcefully removing the dried skin
·      Applying powdery product
·      Rubbing the face in its sensitive stage

WHERE TO BUY

I bought this at Mercury Drug store Fisher Mall. Its available at any Mercury Drug store nationwide.

WILL I BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN

This is my current exfoliating product favorite, so

I’ll definitely buy again.

It’s always important to look for the expiry date.
